Elan Huntington Beach is a 274 unit, Type III (A) (5 stories over 2.5 levels of parking garage) luxury residential project including 8,484 square feet of retail space. This Gold Nugget Awarding Winning Project for Best Mixed-Use Design includes a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 533 to 1,145 sq. ft.
